What a beauty Mrs Cat!
A pinky nose, crimson hat!
Little claws painted red,
Paws holding a bouquet!
This is handsome Mr Cat -
Very furry, slightly fat,
Silky whiskers, a modern hat,
With an umbrella in his hand.
They are having a morning walk,
They are keeping a pleasant talk.
What has happened? And what fuss
Drops the umbrella on the grass?
Mrs Cat jumps in the tree,
Needn't count "One! Two! Three!"
Lost the bouquet, lost the hat!
Oh, I know! They have met
Mr Rat and Mrs Rat!
