Nighty – night
to couples, singles,
Youthful, teens
and having wrinkles,
Foreign, native,
loved and loving,
Early waking,
lately coming,
Happy dreams
and angels' care
Here, there,
everywhere.
I am sleeping
Safe and sound,
My sweet dream
Is all around:
The sleepy moon
Landed on the ground
To calm everything down,
Every creature around,
To say to me, to say to you
"Have a good night, darling,
I'll take care of you.."
