It’s a rainy day
and you ate a burger
and you fall asleep
and you dream of murder.
And you’re not afraid,
but the floor is sticky,
blood all over it,
you put on Tricky,
something “we don’t die” –
and don’t wake either.
It is Spotify
equalizer
giving you shivers,
and you skip a track.
It is someone you
terribly lack.
