1. You and I - From A to Z - E
E: I think I’ll educate
Your ear to music, and
Beethoven and Chopin
Will become your best friends,
For they edulcorate
Our life, do not you think?
You’ll feel that your soul clings
To music, wants to sing.
Wish I’d effigiate
You walking in a park,
I would ejaculate,
“How beaut’ful are your locks!”
Believe me, you elate
The male part of our town.
But just eliminate ‘em
Or else they’ll let you down.
My girl, you emanate
The rays that light my world,
And always they heat me
When I feel very cold.
You can emancipate me
From loneliness of mine.
Your cheeks are like red apples,
Your lips taste like good wine.
Love, we can emigrate
Wherever you want to,
And your eyes’ll emulate
All diamonds given t’ you.
I’ll oft enunciate
That I love you, my sweet,
And won’t equivocate
Whenever you I meet.
We’ll both eradicate
The weeds that quickly grow
Near our lovely cottage,
And we’ll succeed, I know.
Our gard’n plants’ll escalate
If we just do our best,
And when the winter comes
We’ll eat their fruit and rest.
I highly estimate
Your great self-confidence,
I do evaluate
My love’s significance.
Hopes won’t evaporate —
My high hopes to espouse.
All will eventuate
In the wedding of ours.
I am excruciated
With thinking I can die,
Not having managed to
Make you my beaut’ful wife.
None can expostulate me
That my hopes are useless.
I’m going t’ be with you
My life, not more or less.
