the Wolf s Bride

If only you would have accepted the ring I gave,
Our bond would been stronger than every existing chain.
I have lost my true face long ago, but now I'm in gale,
Your beauty is stunning, though words of yours bring me pain.

I fell for you and I would love to be loved myself,
To care for you, warm you with fur and my curve short tail.
I would try to shift into the other, more human shell,
Change my face when fullmoon will enlighten the forest lane.

The blood of the kings is empowering magic gift;
With you by my side it would strengthen and go beyond.
If only you answered "Yes", I would give you it:
My magic would make you the righteous queen of my home;

You would own all the land and all creatures around the dale,
And everything that has been touched with the light of moon.
Noone will be able to find you or track your trail,
I'll teach you to faceshift through dark and eternal gloom.

Isn't all this enough? You would rule with your own free will,
Would crush everything what is against you or just oppose.
Only I will surpass what's unbreakable and surreal,
And I whould be truthfully, only and fully yours.

That's all what I wanted. But I will do as you please.
I'll take the ring back and destroy it once and for all.
And if you deny my request and turn from my kiss,
Then, maybe the golden chains would suit you even more.
