Why did I rush time
Winter and summer running through
I gave you my love
Others around not noticing
I can't get those days back
When the lilac bloomed in the spring
Sometimes I want to cry
We were close there with you.
After all every year me bears
Until the inevitable sunset
Gray hair doesn't count
The soul is still rich
Children grew up before our eyes
And grandchildren are less likely to visit
Why did I rush time…
