If so,  I would  settled down in Israel as here is a warm, a nice tasty juices, plenty ex-Soviet people of my age group, knowing Russian languages, liking some what i like, in songs, films.  Israel is much better righter Russia as Israel helps to each  Jew, each Hebrew to settle down in a sunny warm Israel.   Russia had not such Laws, each man/woman/child on own in a surviving.   I was a 12 yo child, leaving Russia as a member of Russian Military Officer on duty in Latvia to provide the military occupation of Latvia  as ex-Russian Impair land. Soviet Impair USSR had not borders inside (some as Scotland-England had not in UK). But when we lived in Riga, Latvia, USSR had been destroyed by USA + UK as our loss in a Cold War.   Our non-borders inner system had collapsed measured to be with borders between areas which was just as 1 one day start deal.  We started to be inside area with plenty borders, checks of passports,  USSR passports had been taken from us  in Latvia on the exchange of new Latvian ALIEN Passport since 1991.     I  moved to marry in UK in 1998, married, and I had a loss of my rights to return back to Latvia as an Alien from Latvia area by Latvia Laws from 12-02-2000.   I gave my property in Latvia to me ex-husband for his permission to take my children with me in UK with me. as exchange. So,  I had not any flat or a home in Latvia. I so believed in my British husband in his and my, in our love.  I planed to stay together in my marriage for the end of life. But this had not happened as he repeated his manners habits and i was a victim of domestic violence and  divorced to save us both from more worse.
I started my divorce process in 2009 and it was a time i applied to Russian Embassies (in London, in Riga) for the help support to receive Russian Citizenship, Russian passport , the help to move to Russia. I had 9 refuses, 2 refuses from Russian President V. Putin and Kremlin.  I re-asked if my birth certificate from year 1961 from Russia on a blank from 1953 year is a real juridical document?  as I provided this on my ask as the base.  Or, may be, a false ? so they wrote to me "You are not ours and never was by our Russian Laws"  They replied, my birth certificate if a fine, the check in the archive as a valid truthful information.  They said  me IF  my father  would lived in Russia, i would had rights for Russian Citizenship, but my father, Russian Citizen, lived  in  Latvia and my mother as now she is a died, as a Russian Citizen living in Latvia 1974 - 2011.     I may move to live in Russia just if i would be a rich woman enough to buy a good quality expensive flat-house in Russia and to add still for the opening a new business in Russia.  But ..  I am a British Citizen living in Uk since 1997, and a single, and a low income, unemployed, Universal Credit (JSA) benefit and ;11.80  private Tesco pension per month, - not enough money for a buying any property in Russia.  Had you saw prices of flat-houses in Russia? and not just to buy but to paid the arrange travel expenses, Russian visas.    Just  Israel is a kind state to  Hebrews , Jews.   Russia is not a kind state to Russian Ethnic   as Russians like foreigners  always much better  --  Chinese Citizens now in a favor and Japaneses and British but as a true-born in UK just, - nor me as my Ethnic is Russian.   Putin gave Russian Citizenship and Passport for a French Actor, male, whom had not knew Russian language but was a rich man.  He stayed  and he run away, through out his souvenir Russian passport.  Some about ex-Soviet Pension. I am an ex-Soviet, Russian Ethnic, living in UK -  Putin and Russia pay ex-Soviet pension just to Jews living in Israel - no payments to  UK.  Teresa May is not working properly to fight for my financial rights as British Citizen, living in UK for Russia would paid me and for Latvia would paid me my pensions (their laws a pension age 55 yo for woman of my age year of birth)  (see yourself UK with 66 yo age for me as my pension age is much worse for me as a country land to stay here as a loss of the quality of life, -  i need to move to live or to Israel or to Russia or to ex-Soviet states to start to have my pension.  I am 57 yo, tired to work, just tired. I started to work since 13, worked 12 hours shifts, tired.  I am not able survive live in UK to be here as British Laws tortured me.  My life was in a cold winter snow area,  not in UK, so,  my body asked the rest time and a pension time while British Officials refused me in this.  I live and all collapsed all time. I worked to save pension, - the state collapsed. I do not trust already to work as worried would be some as a financial loss.  Russia is not USSR, Russia is as UK just they used Russian language, - some officials, instructions, all the some, really.
