When people do not place faith in the Self but pursue the senses only, danger signal is lit and the Lord sends a Messenger or comes Himself, if a great big step in reconstruction has to be taken. Arjuna forgot the basis of the Self, Ravana went against it. The world is building itself up on the sandy foundation of the sensory world. So, Avatars descend. Like the monkey which could not pull its hand from out of the narrow-necked pot, because it first held in its grasp a handful of groundnuts which the pot contained, people are suffering today, since they are unwilling to release their hold on the handful of pleasurable things they have grasped from the world. People are led into the wrong belief that the accumulation of material possessions will endow them with joy and calm. But Prema (Divine Love) alone can give that everlasting joy. Prema alone can remove anger, envy and hatred!

Когда люди не верят в себя,
а следуют чувствам, то тогда
сигнал опасности загорается;
Господь посланника посылает
или Сам, если нужно сделать
большой шаг в воскресении,
в видимой форме воплощается.
Арджуна забыл Атмана основание,
Равана пошел против Его знания.
Мир строится на песке чувств мира.
Аватары приходят с идеей Кумира.
Подобно обезьяне, которая не могла
вытащить руку из бутыли, сначала:
она в руке горсть арахиса держала.
И люди страдают сегодня, так как
они не хотят от каких-то вещей,
приятных, освобождаться, а те в
мире могут содержаться. Людей
вводят в заблуждение, что их
Радостью и спокойствием наделит
материальных вещей накопление.
Но только Према (Бога Любовь)
может эту вечную Радость подарить.
Одна только Божественная Любовь
может гнев, зависть и ненависть устранить!
