dark blue short,
Girl's neck, girl's face...
Still...
You are closer from the toy -
More reflections, more –
From the laughter shaking his shoulders
A hundred times already!
Too bad the party's over.
And it's unlikely
You will take care of me
Like you care of others fluffy balls.
You gonna put me in the black box
And covered in a shroud of tinsel?
Who'd notice your face -
bright medal
On sunken gilded breast?
On the concave surface of the toy

Геннадий, мне кажется это совершенно не звучит как поэзия на английском. Скажите, Вы ощущаете хоть какой-то ритмический рисунок?

Это - верлибр. Абсолютно нормально для англоязычной поэзии. В верлибре ритм задаётся насыщенными самодостаточными строчками и паузами для вдоха в конце строчек:
