The road into heaven
Is there when you are born
You are walking on it naked
You are walking on it sworn

To love the one beside you
Whose hand is in your hand
No matter what will happen 
As long as you can stand

To care for one another
When one can only crawl
To sit and wait forever
When one can’t move at all

To heal each wound you are making
With edges of your soul
Forgive the imperfections
Of child who can fall

The road is not an easy one
And you may step aside
The highway of betrayal
Is near free to ride

This one is fast and thrilling
It makes you feel alive
Completely unforgiving
But tempts to jump and drive 

Feels good to be as selfish
As you were born to be
Feels good to feed your hunger
To set it wild and free

Feels good to be protected
Feels good to fight it back
Feels good to climb a mountain
And not to give a heck

Feels right to choose your own road
To find your pack and land
To make yourself a home a life
A family a friend

To find a new another love
Avoid the old mistakes
To build your hand-made paradise
Whatever the hell it takes

But on that quiet moments
When you forget to breathe
You wish you never left that road
With such a painful ease
