People can be so silly,
Misjudging the clear things and simple –
Saying magical things do not matter, and saying the sun is a lantern.
They say that the stars in heaven, if shining too late past seven,
Get in their way of rest
And should be turned off – that’s best,
They tell you, “Much better would be
To have a pill, makes you wooden,
Why rattle the soul and its calm?
It’s simpler if feelings don’t come.”
A strange and peculiar matter,
For the sun just isn't a lantern.
