The roses you bring me
Are never to die.
They won’t fade, they’re living.
And do you know why?
The roses you give me
Do smell with your love.
They cannot stop breathing
Just because of that.
Their petals are soothing
Like your love-full kiss.
That’s why they are blooming
When touching my lips.
If someone approaches
With wrongs to commit,
The thorns of these roses
Are to protect me.
You love me, I feel it
With my heart and mind.
The roses you bring me
Are never to die.
