You bit at my heart
With healthy teeth
Were you looking for blood
You jealous ocean fish?
On the spur of brutality
What a ludicrous move
Resentfully you slapped my vanity
Hitting below grief
On the edge of insanity
What a cheek!
You say you are leaving me
But I do not permit
You try to wrench from me
Ignoring the immanent love gravity
You force the open door in vain
I don’t resist your integrity
