However, I believe that Ivan IV Vasilyevich was not a tyrant, but a great ruler of Russia, who did not kill people in his country. However, they say that he executed 17 million people in Nizhny Novgorod, but in fact at that time Novgorod had more than 10 thousand habitants. Ivan the Fourth was leading a fair power in his country and abroad, and the tyrant was called by the enemies he punished, for punishing him for his rudeness against him and his country, as well as breaking the borders, namely Britain's invasion of the territory of Russia, which Ivan Vasilievich suppressed a powerful army, and if we talk about the picture, then it and the book about Russia as an enemy was made by the French Cardinal Mazarin and also he came up with the name of Grozny about Tsar Ivan Vasilyevich, who was really doing justice in his country and for its limits.

I think that in fact Ivan the Fourth Vasilyevich is not at all a formidable ruler, but he was so called by enemies, and he is actually a great, just, powerful and wise ruler of Russia, and his enemies poisoned him, so Ivan IV did a lot to there were no problems in his country.
