Мой проект вечного календаря

My perpetual calendar (project)
I propose to make 10 months in a year
1. January          2. February
3. March            4. April
5. May               6. June
7. September     8. October
9. November    10. December
The days of odd months are numbered from 0 to 36, their total number is 37.
The days of even months are numbered from 0 to 35, their total number is 36.
December in only a leap year (its number is divisible by 4 without a remainder)
also includes 37 days with numbers from 0 to 36.
Zero and thirty-sixth days do not have names.
A value of zero cannot be overestimated, and zero-day can be considered
as a monument to this number.
Zero-days are to be considered working days and thirty-sixth days are nonworking days.
Taking this calendar as a basis, each country will determine once for all new dates
and the days of the week of its holidays.
The number of working days in any one year will be the same, but each country will have its own number.
The number of holidays and days off in any one year will also be the same.
This calendar will save a lot of working time, money and paper. There will be less litter and more woods.
Nature is waiting for some relief from us.
I call people to curb our emotions and streamline our life once and for all.

The United Nations from time to time revert to the consideration
of the perpetual calendar projects. I hope my project
of the perpetual calendar will get a decent score in the UN.
Decimal system for counting circles, angles and time
According to our common sense knowledge we are used
to have 24 hours in a day, 60 minutes in an hour
and 60 seconds in a minute. Sportsmen and not only
they need tenths and hundredths of a second.
A unified system of time measurement is already broken,
there is no single approach. Students and scientists suffer
from transition from one units into another
when calculating trigonometric functions.
Even in the days of the Paris Commune
it was considered the transition to decimal hours.
There are critics and supporters of such
a transition in our time. I used to have
a lot of trouble with the trigonometric functions
in solving mathematical problems at school and later
on in the scientific institute when calculating
the coordinates of radio sources when tracking
them by radio telescopes. I decided to present
my own version of the decimal system for counting
circles, angles and time.
I propose to accept that there are 20 hours
in a day, 50 minutes in an hour and 50 seconds
in a minute. Then the clock dial is divided
into 10 ours and the hour hand makes a double
circle in a day. The minute hand passes
the circle in one hour, and the second hand passes
the same circle in a minute. The decimal clock
in the figure shows 7 hours and 20 minutes, since
the distance between the adjacent figures
is 5 minutes as in usual clocks.
I propose a decimal system to measure angles
and arcs of a circle to relate it to the time
measurement by a decimal clock.
We divide a circle into 200* grades, a grade
into 50** angular minutes, and a minute
into 50*** angular seconds. Then a circle
contains of 10 000** angular minutes
or 500 000*** angular seconds.
The Earth turns around its axis
for a day, i.e. for 20 new hours, by 200 new grades.
It turns for one new hour by 10 new grades.
10* new grades are equal to 18 usual grades,
that reduces the time zones even for Russia up
to 8. In this way time and angles can be measured
in the unified decimal system. It remains only to agree
on the transition to this system. Let us hope that
it will be done during our stay.
