plaid lass

[to a lass in a plaid red-blue dress]
____

A girl
Plaid dress
Waiting for her poems to unfold
Maybe not a poet yet
But a waiting itself
Of some rhyming
Or not
A new Emily
Virginia
Anna
She is looking for something
To break
At the first day of turning to school
She's finally awake
On the bench of the last August heat
And the first autumn' sunset
She is trying her daylight
With dreams
All so plaid and alone
Maybe she is a poet already
There
Writing a vulnerable song.
