These were the last years
Before our burning to ashes
I waited for you for so long
Despite the odds and troubles.
And this hope lived in me
Forcing me to keep waiting
My weakness is woman's tenderness,
My loyalty is why I'm standing.
You swore you'll always be with me
You'll love me like a wife and a mother
Being like a wall, cherishing love
Paying marriage debt to one another.
I will live to see you or not, I don't know.
So far you haven't been allowed to leave.
Everything inside me cries without you,
But there is no other fate for you and me.
