The Cat of Good Manners
Polite to wait,
Give time for his servants
To fill breakfast plate
And then disappear
For him not to be watched
To clear the platter
With just a few bits
Courtly left
As tradition expects
A good-mannered person
To show his respect
For dishes so tasty
And Thank you, no more…
