Trafalgar Square

They call me a "dove". I'm a pigeon.
I often fly as far as the region,
Across some seas and many lands
To where the Nelson Column stands.
I get up on Nelson's top,
People below see me hop.
I'm lucky to have a look at the city.
None can do it, it's a pity.
My sight is keen, believe my words.
First, I see a lof of birds.
People, buses, cars below
Look like beetles which have to go.
The terrace to the left isn't for the cavalry
It's an entrance surely to the National Gallery.
Then I see St.Martin church,
It's graceful, it attracts my watch.
What huge beasts are down there?
Look! These lions mark Trafalgar Square.
The famous square and passers-by,
Leaving you, I say "Good-bye!"
To all of you I send my love!
Remember me. My name is "Dove".
