A witness
Of careless onefold day,
Which lost remains of pure breath
In splendid fiery gale.
Inscrutable abyss enforced
Inviolate crystal light
To dissipate without remorse
In twilight bloody rite.
Lackluster inattentive hours,
Bewitched by ruby shrines,
Lost their way in storm of colors,
That girded crowns of pines.
Sunbeams were giving latest glance
To lonely earth's desires,
Then disappeared in tender dance,
Pouring to heaven's fires.
I was a witness of one birth
Of mystic thrilling night,
Which left behind mischievous mirth
In still oblivion's bight.
