She played various characters, aiming her dreams come true.
Jeannie, Emily, Mabel, Lilli, Gladys, Peggy, Myrtle, Jane, Belle…
While getting same kind of roles, she didn’t complain or dwell.

Typecast as gangsters’ women, Jewell played supporting roles.
Although enjoying acting, she didn’t fulfilled her acting goals.
In 1930s & 1940s Jewell Isabel experienced screen popularity,
A critical acclaim, recognition for acting talent & individuality.

July 19th – birthday of Isabel Jewell, remembering her forever.
