My Cook wish

I wish to be a famous cook,
Never read the recipe book,
Know the mixtures all by heart,
Bake big cookies and a tart.
Have the most delicious dish,
Fries with sauce and salmon fish,
Tell beginners the best guide,
That its good if they just tried!
