Mike Nichols – a talented director on film, stage, television.
From earlier in life he’s realized his predetermined mission.
Mike was a great comedian, producer, writer, he knew it all.
He gradually succeeded in each capacity, opportunity, role.

Having acclaimed with Oscar, Tony, Grammy, Emmy award,
With own novel ideas and endeavors Nichols would accord.
As own person, he’s aimed to pursue dreams, goals & vision.
Nichols conveyed with courage, determination, will, ambition.

As a comedian, Nichols along with May, did improvisations.
Their popularity had grown & they had become a sensation.
From nightclubs, television, radio he shifted to theater work.
About his theater direction colleagues & audience had talked.

He had directed diverse genres – musical, comedy & drama,
Always expanding his knowledge, skills, abilities panorama.
In his work Mike utilized humor, satire, farce, wit, creativity.
Vast and distinctive was his mastery, innovation & versatility.

Multifaceted, exuberant, impeccable, confident, self-aware,
Nichols tried, innovated, experimented, he would always dare.
His style, strategy & approach tended to produce high quality.
Mike’s known for his abundant energy, craft & individuality.

November 6th – birthday of Mike Nichols, intelligent, clever,
Who had succeeded in each directional, creative endeavor.
He's lived his life with happiness, harmony, vigor, peace!
Without questions, Nichols was Hollywood treasure and Wiz.
