Her audience appreciated her talent, effort, courage & felt ecstatic.
Dorothy sang and acted, achieving commercial and critical success.
While being driven, natural & ambitious, she knew how to impress.

She had delivered impeccable performances with gift, skill, passion.
Dandridge as Carmen Jones is remembered as Hollywood sensation.
Her looks, attire, attitude displayed celebrity, legend or star quality.
Dandridge exuded charming, sweet, inspiring, vivacious personality.

While personally she seemed with shyness, insecurity, vulnerability,
She manifested intelligence, gracefulness, determination, versatility.
