The Dawn Of Insurrection 08. 07. 07

My lifetime flies away too fast
Upon the land of lies and slander
The system - loathsome and unjust
As always tries to lock me under

Destruction, darkness and despair
Became my immanent condition
And no more I can overbear
My grief and mental inanition

I stop to write; I cease to think
My reason cowers in the corner
And with another noxious drink
I turn to anguish and dishonour

My country, what is going on?
Please, answer, why the fair man grovels
Before the scoundrels who were born
Within the curst infernal bowels?

My anger can't prevent the fall
Of all our hopes. And my extremeness
Won't break the evil-built black wall
That makes our being dull and dreamless

But one day e'en the martyred thralls
May rise to start the bloody action
'Cause in their weary crippled souls
Still burns the flame of insurrection

And I will summon to the war
The unafraid and the defiant
Beneath the thunderdome of Thor
We'll shatter down the clay-legged giant

Then in the new age's dawning glow
The Great will come to judge the punished
And neither tricks nor some false law
Will hide from God the truth unvarnished
