 - radiation from Sun;
 - loss of water and as a result loss of the atmosphere;
 and

Adapting to the fading of biological life on Earth and new biological life on Venus can be called difficult challenge to civilization, and the displacement-shift of civilization on Earth and conservation of the planet necessary action CIVILIZATION OF PRESSURE OF DEATH (FOR the SURVIVAL).

In the same way, life in new conditions of the constant and all-surrounding ocean on Venus is the DIFFICULT CALL for a civilization.

Mobilization opportunities of a civilization completely depend first of all on perfection of social technologies - democracy, efficiency of economy and its ability to maintain purchasing power of all citizens of a civilization in the conditions of aggregations of resources from monopolies to individual personal matrixes, ability to realize strategic civilization projects.

For preparation of life in the conditions of the world planetary Venerian ocean also TECHNOLOGIES are necessary. For today 2/3 surfaces of our planet Earth is covered with STILL also World Ocean, but the TERRESTRIAL OCEAN isn't POPULATED with PEOPLE - the terrestrial ocean is still desert.

And I looked, and here, a horse pale, and on him the rider, to which name "death"; and the hell followed it; also the power over the fourth part of the earth is given it — to destroy a sword and hunger, both a pestilence and animals terrestrial.

The fourth and last rider is called - Death. Among all riders, The only one whose name's present in the text. Unlike other riders, it isn't described, whether the last rider bears any subject in a hand. But it is followed by a hell. However, on illustrations it often represent, bearing in hands a braid or a sword.

 - радиация  от солнца;
 - потеря воды и в итоге потеря атмосферы;
 и

Приспосабливание к угасающей биологической жизни на Земле и новой биологической жизни на Венере можно назвать ТРУДНЫМ ВЫЗОВОМ для цивилизации, а перемещение-сдвиг цивилизации с Земли и консервацию планеты ВЫНУЖДЕННЫМ ДЕЙСТВИЕМ ЦИВИЛИЗАЦИИ ПОД ДАВЛЕНИЕМ СМЕРТИ (ДЛЯ ВЫЖИВАНИЯ).

Точно также, жизнь в новых условиях постоянного и всеокружающего океана на Венере является ТРУДНЫМ ВЫЗОВОМ для цивилизации.

Мобилизационные возможности цивилизации полностью зависят прежде всего от совершенства социальных технологий - демократия, эффективность экономики и её способность поддерживать покупательную способность всех граждан цивилизации в условиях агрегаций ресурсов от монополий до индивидуальных личностных матриц, способности реализовывать стратегические цивилизационные проекты.

Для подготовки жизни в условиях мирового планетарного Венерианского океана нужны также ТЕХНОЛОГИИ. На сегодня 2/3 поверхности нашей планеты Земля-3 покрыто ПОКА ЕЩЁ также мировым океаном, но ЗЕМНОЙ ОКЕАН ЛЮДЬМИ НЕ ЗАСЕЛЁН - земной океан до сих пор пустынен.

Четвёртый и последний всадник именуется Смертью. Среди всех всадников, этот — единственный, чье имя присутствует непосредственно в тексте. В отличие от остальных всадников, не описывается, несёт ли последний всадник какой-либо предмет в руке. Зато за ним следует ад. Однако, на иллюстрациях его часто изображают, несущим в руках косу или меч.
