   Даже шёпотом твердить "Помогите" - устаёшь, когда ты чувствуешь постоянную боль и страх... И, лишь желание выжить - заставляет тебя цепляться за ниточку надежды, связывающую тебя с людьми...
И ты продолжаешь шептать: - Помогите... помогите мне...

   Какой-то идиот в Америке придумал лечить людей за деньги.
В России же, в связи с определёнными историческими преобразованиями, - были развиты миссионерская и благотворительная деятельность.
Российская Империя всегда славилась своими меценатами.
Они строили и поддерживали приюты, больницы, школы, Церкви.
Больницы, которые в свою очередь - принимали больных на лечение, ни смотря на диагнозы, сословия и материальное состояние...
Большую и неотъемлемую роль в помощи больницам играла Церковь.
Больницы и Церковь были объединены цепочкой благотворительности - в направлении оказания помощи больным. Соответственно - больным всегда старались оказывать своевременную квалифицированную медицинскую помощь.
В развитии меценатства и благотворительности - это было Правилом Объединённой Этики.
Так всегда было в России, на Руси...
Потому-что, когда-то, Россия жила не оглядываясь на Америку.
И единственное, что связывало Российских медиков с Америкой - это клятва Гиппократа, новые источники и достижения в медицине...
И девиз - "Не навреди".
Не навреди, не допусти ошибки в диагнозе и лечении.
Ибо - какой ты врач, если допустил ошибку.
   
   Коммунистическое веяние отторгнуло Церковь.
После тягот Гражданских войн, большевистского переворота, и последующих политических репрессий со стороны коммунистов, когда цвет нации был выбит,
и многим пришлось покинуть Родину и уйти в эмиграцию, -
традиция меценатства была уничтожена, и сохранялась лишь в Русском Зарубежье...
   А демократическое веяние - окунуло эти два, когда-то объединённых воедино Движения за Права и Здоровье Человека, - в "мясорубку" Мирового Экономического Рынка...
Смешав в одно - Честь, Достоинство и Деньги.
Смешав здоровье, на которое имеет право человек, - с бизнесом (англ.деятельность приносящая доход). Постепенно вычёркивая из сознания людей свободный доступ к лечению, свободный доступ к своим правам. Чем нарушили неотъемлемые Права Человека.
   Люди обладают правами именно в силу того, что они люди, а не граждане определенного государства. Права являются неотъемлемыми, т.к. каждый человек по своей природе наделён ими. Это - основополагающая концепция наряду с концепцией "прирожденного чувства человеческого достоинства" является основой идеи Международной Защиты и обеспечения Прав человека.
   
   "Пусть ни кто в молодости не откладывает занятия философией, а в старости не устают заниматься философией: - ведь ни кто не бывает ни недозрелым, ни перезрелым для здоровья души. Кто говорит, что ещё не наступило или прошло время для занятия философией, тот похож на того, кто говорит, что для счастья - или ещё нет, или уже нет времени"

Even whispering "Help" gets tiresome when you feel constant pain and fear... And only the desire to survive makes you cling to the thread of hope that connects you to people...
And you continue to whisper: "Help... help me..."

Some idiot in America came up with the idea of treating people for money.
In Russia, due to certain historical changes, missionary and charitable activities developed.
The Russian Empire was always famous for its philanthropists.
They built and supported orphanages, hospitals, schools, and churches.
Hospitals, in turn, accepted patients for treatment, regardless of diagnosis, social class, or financial status...
The Church played a major and integral role in supporting hospitals.
Hospitals and the Church were united by a chain of charity—aimed at helping the sick. Accordingly, efforts were always made to provide timely, qualified medical care to the sick.
The development of philanthropy and charity was a principle of the Unified Ethics.
This has always been the case in Russia, in Rus'...
Because, at one time, Russia lived without regard for America.
And the only thing that connected Russian doctors with America was the Hippocratic Oath, new sources and advances in medicine...

And the motto: "Do no harm."

Do no harm, do no error in diagnosis and treatment.

For what kind of doctor are you if you make a mistake?

The communist trend rejected the Church.

After the hardships of the Civil Wars, the Bolshevik Revolution, and the subsequent political repressions by the Communists, when the cream of the nation was wiped out,
and many were forced to leave their homeland and emigrate,
the tradition of philanthropy was destroyed, surviving only in the Russian Diaspora...
And the democratic trend plunged these two once-united Movements for Human Rights and Health into the meat grinder of the Global Economic Market...
Mixing Honor, Dignity, and Money into one.
Mixing health, to which a person is entitled, with business (income-generating activity). Gradually erasing from people's consciousness free access to treatment, free access to their rights. This violated the inalienable rights of man.
People have rights precisely because they are human beings, not citizens of a particular state. Rights are inalienable because every person is endowed with them by nature. This fundamental concept, along with the concept of "innate human dignity," forms the basis of the idea of the International Protection and Promotion of Human Rights.

"Let no one in his youth postpone the study of philosophy, nor in his old age tire of pursuing it: for no one is either immature or overripe for the health of the soul. He who says that the time for the study of philosophy has not yet come, or has passed, is like one who says that the time for happiness is either not yet, or is no longer, available."
