Charlie
He was wearing blue hat.
He was driving white car,
Fitting circles into Dam square.
"Nice endeavour!" - I thought.
Then we crossed an old bridge.
Orange scarves tightened up
Purple faces of strangers.
I was scared a bit. My left hand
Became sweat. I decided to breathe
Somewhat deeper.
Then we stopped at the corner,
Exempted the sidewalk for those
Younger folks hanging 'round
With no obvious reason.
Charlie draw me a couple of lines
On a railing. I took out my bill,
Rolled it up and got higher
And higher
And higher.
Now it's over. And Charlie got lost.
I can see neither funny blue hat,
Nor white car. I am leaving A'dam
In few hours.
And I bet none of planes, if I catch
Any one, will allow me to try getting higher
Than Charlie.
Well, goodbye then, A'dam,
Goodbye Charlie, take care of blue hat!
I look forward to meet you again,
To get rid of my sober
And dreadful weekdays,
Cooked by morons, by stinky douchebags,
Liars, suckers and all sorts of faggots.
I'm rising my head to the sky
To prevent bloody rain
From transforming Dutch evening landscape
Into any strange color,
but orange.
