The Mortal Beauty And The Spirit Of Rain 21. 08. 0

...The impenetrable counters of the leaden clouds in the pitch-dark frozen skies are beckoning the snatches of enfeebled hopes, sailing on the wings of forgotten tunes and throwing them down again on the black barren soil with the stone-heavy raindrops and the doomed yellow leaves through the cold liquid air of dying nature...

The prophecy's forgotten
The final line is crossed
The fairy wood is rotten
The gate of future's closed
The days are disconnected
Within the deaf suspense
The history's reflected
Amid the dark expanse
The age of gloom is rising
From its macabre well
The thoughts are agonizing
And dipping straight to hell
There are no strengths to gather
The ruin is foretold
There's just the raging weather
Engendering the cold
Somebody still remembers
How good there was before
The paths of our spring rambles,
The pine-trees on the shore
But now the world of present
Seems like a withered bloom
The stillness is unpleasant
The music wakes the doom
And no more revelations
No more loath-to-depart
The constant desperation
Engulfs my sullen heart
The spirits for the hours
Devour the ice rain
And in the Mistland towers
The mortal beauty's fane
The other ghosts are fighting
Upon the mountain's slope
Their dripping blood's igniting
The ground of my frail hope
The spectres with the torches
Are marching in the night
The numbing calm approaches
Severe and dazzling white
The answers I've been claiming
Today are surely lost
The fire that was flaming
Has sunk under the frost
My essence, raised to follow
Only the blackshine's ray
Can't catch the glimpse of morrow
And break the arms of Gray

In all these scenes I'm facing
I do not wish to trust
But as the Reaper's dancing
Upon the grave of past,
The anguish is descending
Winged like a heinous wraith
And some base fiends are sending
Their false distorted faith
The magic was my teacher
It crushed my pressing chains
I've heeded the bewitcher
To ease my mental pains
I flew merged with his shadow
Above the blighted clays
To find out in the meadow
The door into the space
The space that's liberating
From any kind of chill
And where the moon's creating
The bridge across the rill
The place of pleasure clearing
Where on the timeless earth
Two conjoint souls are hearing
The whisper of the surf
Now there is no resemblance
Nor fragile ties between
The colorless remembrance
And that pure grace I've seen
The names carved in the boulder
Which stands beside the bay
Attest: the youth is over
And nothing's left to say
The virgin love I wanted
I hardly would defend
My lyre is devoted
But to the bygone land
From my drab living's distance
I cannot hold the scent
So, 'bout my blank existence
My verse should not recent
The solitude's well-grounded
The black star's shining bright
And I was born surrounded
By its malicious light
But still the brain is carried
With One Last Cause to run -
If my great dream is buried,
The God's will stays undone.
