Symphony of Death

Dreams turn to ashes,
Hopes tragically die…
Winds bring the desert’s grains
And cover extra mile.

The piano keys
Announce final verdict!
The gulf yawns bad
Revealing aching void!

The sky sobs violently,
The winds against the oceans clash!
As someone strikes the final chords,
The greater castle down falls!

Within its walls a greater king,
And all his loyal servants
Abandoned him.
He’s now all alone…

The rendezvous with death is close.
The imminent and desperate duel!
The heart pumps fast,
The breath gets frequent!

But suddenly he sees a lady,
Wrapped in the silk of black and white.
Her thin and pale skin, her honest eyes
Don’t horrify the king.

Her lips smiles gently,
Appease the heart of valor king.
Her clear, somber frock
Caress the marble floor.

The silk of gown so gently whispers,
The sweetest song of all of realms
The king’s been promised.
The realms with meadow lands.

Of sky as far as eyes can see,
Of tress with singing birds and rustling leaves.
And dragons, born in splendor of the moon,
And in the dazzle of the sun they dive and bathe,
And magic iris reaches for the sky!

The lady’s final dance is almost over.
She’s waiting for her king to take her graceful hand
And to begin this symphony of death –
A long-expected journey to the welcome land!
