Fats Waller – jazz pianist, composer, singer, bandleader, conductor, organist.
Wit, sense of humor, comic gift, satire distinguished this inevitable optimist.
Over the years he had achieved commercial & critical acclaim and popularity.
Unique was Waller’s performing style, impeccable was artistry & musicality. 
 
He manifested genius in music composition, harmonic & rhythmic invention.
Waller was known for exuberance, passion, enthusiasm, novelty, innovation.
in his jazz revolution he used organ, expanding technical frontiers, possibility.
Fats was true artist with gift of improvisation, character, intuition, versatility.
 
Waller naturally expressed his sense of swing and a uniquely sounded voice.
A vaudeville accompaniment & Harlem stride piano style was his own choice.
Fats had successfully performed in jazz clubs, movie theaters & on television.
He passionately pursued, fulfilled his music dream, ambition, goal, mission.

Fats’ jazz broadcasting was his courageous and innovative move or action,
To which he had committed, evolved, performing jazz with sophistication.
Blues, boogie-woogie, ragtime, sentimental songs brought his new sound.
Fats’ legacy in music history had been imprinted and could be easily found.

May 21st – birthday of Fats Waller, jazz master with talent & individuality.
He was a distinguished entertainer exuding dedication, drive, universality.
Waller has been remembered to this day for his irreplaceable contribution
To music industry in general & in particular to jazz evolution & revolution.
