Christmas Eve and Christmas Day,
All your troubles far away…
Only don’t forget to buy
Mittens for your smaller guy,
Dolls and puppy for the girls,
Curler for your sister’s curls…
Shirt for dear uncle Tony,
Skirt for auntie, and a pony
For your eldest. He’ll enjoy
Living, funny, dear toy…
Briefcase for your loving man…
And, besides, we have a plan
To invite some guests to us.
So, turkey, drinks, some crust
For the cake… Oh, a bother!
Let the holidays be over!
