When I have fears concerning topic this
(compose at least fourteen poetic rows),
I tell myself: listen to the gentle breeze,
how easy and relaxed it ever blows.
 
Not in the future tense nor in the past,
it's in the present only, now and here.
Alike the wind, I must today at last
try to compose a sonnet as Shakespeare.
 
First having got inside iambic space,
I start to realize the rhymes price.
What kind of job – to merge in one embrace
the flame and ice, the soul and device!..
 
Oh, poetry you're beautiful Barbed Rose!
And that is why I am preferring prose.
