Anger

Anger can be a positive emotion if it is released toward our own imperfections, mistakes and shortcomings, great tool to deal with past issues where we know we were wrong and feel guilt and self unforgiveness, when it directed at others it will definitely make them rethink the issue and possibly stop doing something they were not aware is hurting those who near them, it is when anger is held back and contained, then it becomes a bigger problem, soon or later something will trigger for it to come out in the worst way causing more problems, it is best to find some form of anger release, to prevent the buildup to happened.
