I tried to convince you eagerly and many times
That I don’t appreciate your tender lies.
So, you should have seen it coming.
When we’re part you finally realized
That you can’t win hearts by skillful lies,
No matter how sweet you are and charming.
So, I try to forget those days and the deep green eyes,
You should’ve never indulged in those useless lies,
Should have been more honest, my darling.
