Elegy for a Mankind

Just look around, the world we're livin' in
It’s all we've got, it's our home
With all the habitants and creatures
We all have stop and think, before it's gone.
They say, they care about their children
Just care about their future life
But all the money they will leave them
Will not be worth even a dime
There’ll be no air left for breathing
No water to quench your thirst
Our mother nature, we are killing
Will rebel and die with us

She is cryin' and she's shaking
We’ve burnt her every day
She can't take this, not forever
We will kill her this way
People think they can restrain her
They’re so wrong and gonna pay
Understand the simple sentence
Nature fall, we're gone away

Columns of smoke fill skies like cancer
Sewage washes life away
We’re killing creatures just for pleasure
There’re less of them day by day
Deforestation eats the nature
With all the animals within
Don’t be surprised when out your window
You’ll see an elephant or deer
The resources we've been wasting
So much in vain, with no concern
Litter mountains we are raising
Where people rise, the nature fall

Try to convince me not to worry
Say there's nothing bad and nothing wrong
Believe me baby I feel sorry
If everybody think like you
We’re done
