An owl – a creature of the night
Devoted friend of every witch.
When you appear in front its sight,
Beware. An owl - you cannot reach.
The meaning of this mystic creature
In every culture and tradition
For what it is, it’s known
The good and bad. For wisdom shown.
And every glace of it reminds,
Of sacred Goddess in disguise.
At night it guides the traveller’s path,
At day it guards the gates of wrath.
