Мик Бокс

               Сегодня, 9 июня, Мику Боксу, основателю и лидеру
               легендарной группы Uriah Heep, исполняется 63 года.
               Он – единственный участник Uriah Heep, игравший
               во всех её составах.


По одному кумиры* в никуда
уходят, чтобы в памяти остаться.
Уходит все. И всё ж для нас беда,
когда мы перестанем наслаждаться
той музыкой, любили что всегда.

Я до сих пор той музыкой дышу,
и «July Morning»** вновь звучит как мантра.
О Боксе я сегодня напишу,
ведь неизвестно, что же будет завтра.
И правдою своей не погрешу…
