HeжHocmb - Tenderness

When the Earth became an empty space
Every minute seemed to be so long
And I couldn't see your lovely face
Beside me in our room at dawn.
It's so hard to live without you
In cold winter night what should I do
After coming back to the railroad track
Where we were happy?

What is happiness when you had gone?
Nobody asks me how I am
And remembers day when I was born
Buying in the shop some sweets and ham.
You will never tell me those words
Which I haven't heard because of haste.
To congratulate me would be late, it hurts,
Every birthday I wait nothing.

I am looking at the empty sky.
There are so many stars in it.
I'll be thankful till the day I die
For that gift of life that once you did
Having met someone who had been loved
In the old days, oh, how you laught,
Sang sweet songs of love, told fortunes
And dreamed of unknown future.

If each star were breathing, being alive,
In eternal life I could belive...
