A fairytale

Night is young, my dear, - listen
To a tale of gloomy doom:
Once there was a lonely princess
In the land of scarlet moons.

She was lovable and dashing,
Yet the story runs amock:
Every prince she kissed with passion
Promptly turned into a frog.

She despaired, she declared
That considers kissing toads;
Kissed a turtle on a dare
(Likely in a drunken mode).

Yet, instead of growing sour,
Tried to bravely play along,
Built a shiny, sparkling tower
With a garden - and a pond,

Decorated it with lilies,
Often idly throwing rocks.
Like a princess, being silly,
She collected all her frogs!

What's the moral? Life is simpler,
Don't end up where she began.
Never ever look for princes,
Try to kiss a real man.

What's the moral? Don't feel wretched,
Keep on going, never stop!
One of species that's endangered
Is the cutesy little frog :o)

Kissing spiders, kissing roaches,
I am strengthening this bond:
Once they hear me approaching,
Frogs just dive into the pond:))))
