Travelling through space
Getting new satellites
Drawing a bright trace
Brighter than God's lights
Influencing the masses
Changing the whole world
This personality passes
By all the passions being whirled
By our shallow wishes
Seeing the core and the gist
By all fat food on the dishes
Through human bondage and mist
Bright personality's stronger
Than other people and race
And his or her life is longer
We can't predict their ways.
* I do not exaggerate the role of personality but still...

Wouldn't it be lovely if would could be happy all the time but unfortunately our world does not allow such. Speaking about a bright personality and laughter vs a stressful life: Stress of course puts a strain on the body and therefore it wears out much sooner. According to Dr Peter Spitzer, laughing for just 10 minutes will achieve the following
• drive carbon dioxide out of the body and replace it with refreshing oxygen
• produce anti-inflammatory agents that fight back pain
and arthritis
• encourage the muscles to relax
• exercise facial muscles to prevent sagging
• exercise muscles all over the body from top to toe
• reduce levels of serum cortisol, the stress hormone
• boost your immune system responses
• boost the production of feel-good endorphins.
Keeping that in mind, I suppose it is true that the bright personality and those that are care free will probably live much longer than those of us that live under a great deal of stress.

Sue, you are not dark moon! You are bright celestial body! Thank you for Dr Peter Spitzer's advice, I not only laugh I make my students laugh during clases and they appreciate it greatly. Humour, laughing and tolerence will help us to survive. By the way I wonder if you can read Russian language poetry. If it's possible do read some ironical poems on my page. Sorry, I forget about the indefenite article "a" before celestial body. By the way, I meant the longer term of life in memory of the contemporaries.

I wish I could read the Russian language. I have to translate and it does not always translate correctly from Russian to English. I will have to try to translate some of your Russian poetry and see how well I do at it. Unfortunately English is my native language. Being from Texas,USA, I did try to learn Spanish since Mexico is so close to me and we have a lot of spanish speaking citizens, but I have to admit even my Spanish is poor. Best Regards, Sue
