Inner Reality

Sometimes I feel the ground
Slips away from under my feet.
When I stand on the runway
Without move,
Ready to travel
Into the inner reality.
Rushing before wind
I reach the sky.
And my soul’s eyes
Behold you everywhere-
On the other side of the Earth
Where the snow- white field of clouds
And the dazzling sun
Your hands stretch to me
Through the mist.
Even not realizing
I find myself close to you.
My heart leaps with joy
Counting minutes
Till you come
And enter my thoughts,
Fill me with light
And wake me up
Into the inner reality
Where love is endless.

Reality- is a motley field
Of human worlds
And none is ever repeated,
Beautiful and rich in colours.
It’s so easy to touch them,
Pass by and forget.
But the true admiration
Is in sharing of two worlds
Like planets.
This unity will never leave you silent,
Lost in crowds.
It’s a fountain of life
Where two souls can always find
An inspiration to grow.

On the magnificent mountain
With a still lake beside its foot
Where swans of clouds are floating on
I opened this world-
Visible and touchable.

On that shining coast
We found each other.
Petal after petal
Our thoughts and feelings
Not shaped in any forms
Were closely interwoven.

Our lips never left each other.
Your love like a huge waterfall
Swept over me.
All my longings were not in vain,
My heart echoed everything you said.
Strange memories,
Which I hadn’t known before,
Streamed on.
The only thing I could remember
Was how much I missed you.
We are reflections of each other
Through our hearts.

How lonely I was
Without you in my world.
But once, in the clear light of the day,
At the gates of inner reality
Words like drops of tears
Hit the paper,
And my heart calmed down
Like the sky after a thunderstorm
Turns silent and serene….
