Дилижансы  отправляют
И  мечты  в  них  лошадьми,
Направляют  их
вознИцы -
кормчие: 
не спят они.

Каждый светочем своим
освещает всю дорогу
непрерывно,  непременно
И  отслеживает  путь.

ты, покачиваясь сонно,
без особенной напрУги,
чрез окошко наблюдаешь.
И  посматриваешь. 
чуть.

Но  маршрутом  неизвестным
Могут  выпустить  в  дорогу
В  ней  пешком  идёшь: 
на ощупь…
ведь  глаза: не фонари
что бы освещать... и  ночью.
Ты  один:
поберегись!
Ты  вначале  осторожно
двигаешься и не смело...

Но  освоился: 
усталость
Отвлекает  и  в  пути
Ты  становишься  смелее,
напролом идёшь  и 
шУмно.
без утАйки и
оглядки: 
на засАды,
вОлчьи ямы...
на  кустЫ...
и  западнИ.

Передышки  захотелось.
Рядом  вроде  никого.

Но  выходят  в  Пике  Ночи
На  охоту  страхи-звери
И, отправившись "на дело":
Ждут  разбойники  в  степи.

Ты  становишься  виднее,
ты для них "мишень живая":
ты для них в разряде  "цели".
И  тебя  сопровождая,
караУлят  твой  покой.

Ты, заметив, замираешь?
ты в неравный бой вступаешь?
или рЕзво удирАешь...

Можешь  сдаться, 
можешь  биться,
