An iridescent, vibrant light shines forth.
Its warmth and gentle grace embracing all,
When true--lush orchestra of body, mind, and soul.
A bay, where wind-torn ship enjoys her wharf.

How true? Heart’s arrow points north?
Оr wanders aimlessly within magnetic lust.
He thinks of what, my mind or my bust?
In carats, hugs, or smiles is his worth?

Why do we cheapen what divine hand has wrought?
And toy with men, as if, when choosing fruit
Ignoring reason, leave without much thought….

Oh Love, we twist like eager snakes to flute.
Wings fluttering like moths by spiders caught,
And looking from his crystal throne of Thought,
He chuckles, not quite as austere nor resolute.
