I am writing to you with regard to the above matter and the threatening message you sent to Ms. Smyk today stating: "I will warn you one more time. If you do not cooperate, I will file a law suite for abstraction of justice, perjury and fraud. You may go to prison together with Veligurov, it is up to you. You understand quite well what happened. Playing hiding game is not in your interest."

Please note you are disturbing Ms. Smyk's peace and calm with your constant threats and refusal to comply with court orders. Please provide a complete response as to my questions below so we can try and resolve your concerns:

What is the basis for your alleged "abstraction" of justice claim?

What is the basis for your alleged perjury claim?

What is the basis for your alleged fraud claim?

When will you be paying the court ordered spousal support and equalizing payment for the home? These sums are accruing interest at 10% per anum and you are presently in contempt of court for refusal to pay the same.

When will you return the money you took from Ms. Smyk's E*trade account? The IRS are investigating this theft and it would be very helpful to resolve this issue before it goes any further.
