Wouldn’t be nice if we all can just simply interpret our life as it’s appear in our dreams?… Mostly by means of beautiful images?…

I do not remember the name of the author, some medieval English poet for sure... I learned it by hear when I was a child... it has three stanza, the 2nd I do not recall but the third is beautiful too:
Young Henry met the foe with pride
Jane followed, fough, ah, hapless story!
In man's attire, by Henry's side
She died for love and he for glory
The poem, if I am not mistaken is called "Love and Glory", I could not find it on the google by excerpts... if you find, let me know

I found the middle stanza in the old "Royal Songster":
