- there is no such section or clause in public vow, there is not even word about it, and this does not fall under force majeure cases because it is fully included in the Obligation to fulfill the Contract

- уверен, что именно так и есть! Безусловно есть какие-то важные причины, простые граждане-американцы США, тем более элита страны - во всём мире, во всей Цивилизации нет более ответственных, более честных и готовых к раскаянию людей, им даже личное оружие и вооружение разрешено!
