All the words

Наталья Сергеевна Еремина
All the words are jumbled and lost between us,
You say “trust” by showing your open hands,
I say “love you” shutting mouth in the middle
Of our argument, having ten points left.

I’m not sure that we speak the same one language
As we shuffle meanings when using words.
You say “care” like “burden” and “best” like “average”,
I’m confused about guessing what you stand for.

I stay silent with all my words inside me,
They are heavy, withering on my tongue.
I will weigh them, and let’s clarify it,
They are weapon for one to whom belong.
