Down there

Дарья Тиунова
Getting started 's my new program:
Welcome, rise and shine.
Still, I'm filled with strangling boredom.
Down there is fine.

Morning seems to bring good news,
But by night I cry.
I ask myself, yet still refuse,
'Cause down there is fine.

I have tried so much to fit in.
Have I crossed the line?
Just because I'm used to thinking
Down there is fine.

I'm not keeping up the pace so
Did my soul go blind?
Feeling existential crysis
Down there is fine.

I'd prefer the dark to sunshine,
Mourning's all I hear.
Nothing's up there that I could find,
Lying down here.
