They marched along the path of life
like conquerors and mighty lions,
expressing themselves
loudly with great honor and pride
and youth and years of carefree
assisted them and inspired so delusionally.
Where they all gone now
like the pride of mighty lions
with roaring, wrestling, advancing
and challenging
and all other kinds of
spectacular performances?
All these gentlemen,
our notorious and prominent jigits,
now completely gone away,
snorted and guffawed
upon ordinary people
and their lifestyle,
there are left only
the moaning and groaning
amid the broken and deteriorated paths
of the lions of our past.
